Faculty Development and Support Resources for Faculty Leaders Online
Please join Emily Isaacs for an overview of the OFE Faculty Leaders Resources. The workshop is open to chairs, faculty program leads, associate and assistant deans, and other personnel whose work is to support faculty. We will review the Grade Data Dashboards, the department liaison program, the chairs' tickler file, and tools and programs for faculty development. An essential workshop for all staff and faculty who support the development of our university faculty.

Courtney Glore Crimmins is a Faculty Developer in the Office for Faculty Excellence and serves as OFE's Adjunct Liaison. She is also an Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of World Languages and Cultures, where she teaches German. Her approach to teaching is based in collaborative, project-based learning. In both the face-to-face and online courses she teaches, students work together in small learning groups, explore authentic digital resources, and use technology to learn the language. Courtney has a Ph.D. in Germanic Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.
Professor and Executive Director of the Office for Faculty Excellence, has been at Montclair State University for 25 years. Her areas of research expertise include higher education pedagogy, teaching writing, assessment, and public higher educational practices.
