Just for Adjuncts: Generative AI 101 Online
Wondering about how generative AI is affecting teaching and learning? Curious about what you should do in your courses? For instructors who haven’t had a chance to consider AI’s role in their courses, we’ll provide an introductory overview of the generative AI field and its impacts on teaching and learning. We’ll talk about the plagiarism threat, assignment and course design tips, and AI tools available to both instructors and students at Montclair. We can demo and do hands-on experimentation during the session as well. We’ll end with a few steps for instructors to take as they prepare for class sessions.
