Open Forum for Chairs: Give Input on Faculty Roles and Expectations Document (FRED) Revision Online
Interim Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs Emily Isaacs and Vice Provost for Research Stefanie Brachfeld invite members of the Chairs Council to attend an open forum to give feedback on an early draft of the revised Faculty Roles and Expectations document. A draft will be distributed to registrants in advance of the open forum. Notes from this forum will be shared with the Steering Committee of the revision process.

Dr. Brachfeld is the Vice Provost for Research and Interim Dean of the Graduate School at Montclair State University. Dr. Brachfeld's team in the Office of Research supports and facilitates research production, administration, and compliance. Dr. Brachfeld is particularly interested in working across university divisions and offices to build our culture of research, modernize Montclair's research infrastructure, engage in research master planning, and advance Montclair's leadership role in New Jersey as a public doctoral research university.
Interim Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs, Professor in the Department of Writing Studies, and the Managing Director of the OFE, Emily Isaacs has a long record of teaching, scholarship, and service at Montclair State University. She has published numerous articles on teaching writing, writing programming in public higher education, and challenges in higher education.
