Sabbatical Program: Information Session for Faculty

The Office of the Provost invites interested faculty to attend an Information Session on Sabbaticals, led by Interim Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs Emily Isaacs and Assistant Vice President for Academic Personnel Services Mary Colon. This session will provide an overview of the sabbatical application process, including eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, and key deadlines. Faculty will have the opportunity to ask questions about the process, deadlines, and expectations.

She serves as liaison to units campus-wide, maintains the Provost's and the Chairs Forms webpage, coordinates the electronic Instructional Service Reports and updates the online Administrative Calendar and Faculty Handbook.

 Interim Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs, Professor in the Department of Writing Studies, and the Managing Director of the OFE, Emily Isaacs has a long record of teaching, scholarship, and service at Montclair State University. She has published numerous articles on teaching writing, writing programming in public higher education, and challenges in higher education.
