Join us for this fall’s first Lunch & Learn for Chairs (Main Campus), PALs (Program Area Leads), and Associate Faculty Directors in Schools. Connect with fellow leaders over lunch. You are welcome to bring your questions, ideas, or challenges—or simply listen in and engage in your table's conversation. This event is sponsored by the Office for Faculty Excellence and is exclusively for chairs, PALs, and associate directors.
The focus of this Lunch & Learn is Protecting your time: effective team mobilization and task delegation. At noon there will be lunch and small table discussion of our topic before chairs Yeon Bai (Nutrition and Food Studies) and Zaman Zamanian (Economics) begin our full group discussion by sharing their strategies. All chairs welcome to come with their strategies.

Interim Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs, Professor in the Department of Writing Studies, and the Managing Director of the OFE, Emily Isaacs has a long record of teaching, scholarship, and service at Montclair State University. She has published numerous articles on teaching writing, writing programming in public higher education, and challenges in higher education.
