Just for Adjuncts: Teaching as Reflective Practice Online
This interactive workshop invites adjunct faculty to explore Montclair’s Teaching Principle #5, “Teaching as Reflective Practice,” which emphasizes self-awareness, critique, and continual growth. Through reflection on your classroom experiences this semester, feedback from students, and your own instructional choices, we’ll discuss strategies to strengthen your teaching and explore your professional development. Come ready to take stock of your current practices and create a personalized action plan. Whether you're new to teaching or a seasoned instructor, this session will offer practical tools and a supportive space to deepen your teaching practice.
