Just for Adjuncts: Quick Connect at the End of the Semester Online
Your time is valuable, and so is connecting with fellow adjuncts! OFE welcomes adjunct instructors to an unstructured, 30-minute, quick drop-in session facilitated by OFE staff to talk about teaching and working at Montclair. Bring your concerns and questions, share successes and challenges, give and get advice, meet colleagues, or just listen in.
In this final "Just for Adjuncts: Quick Connect" session of the term, we will celebrate the successes the fall semester. With an eye toward the spring term, we'll reflect together on how this one went. What has worked well in your classes, and what can you improve upon for the future? Let’s learn from each other’s successes and challenges, and brainstorm ways to make next semester even better. No preparation required! Feel free to join the session at any point during the half hour.

Courtney Glore Crimmins is a Faculty Developer in the Office for Faculty Excellence and serves as OFE's Adjunct Liaison. She supports faculty of all ranks in teaching and development, including systems training. Courtney facilitates OFE's "Just for Adjuncts" programming, a series of professional development workshops and drop-in sessions, as well as the newly-developed Adjunct Orientation. Courtney also teaches in the Department of World Languages and Cultures. She has a Ph.D. in Germanic Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.
