Students in Academic Need: Who Does What to Help Our Students Online
Faculty are not alone: Supporting students academically is a University-wide endeavor.
Come and meet representatives from the key offices that are our partners in teaching. Students often need a suggestion, a referral or simply more awareness of the services that support the teaching and learning enterprise. Hear from and meet Julie Mazur, Center for Academic Success and Tutoring (CAST); Melinda Knight and Alicia Remolde, Center for Writing Excellence (CWE); Danielle Insalaco-Egan, University Undergraduate Advising (Undergraduate Education); Meghan Hearns, Disability Resource Center; and Justin Savage, Research and Reference, Sprague Library. You'll learn a little about the services that each of these offices offers, and you can ask your questions about your students in need.
