Dan Mansperger is an adjunct professor at Montclair State University in the marketing department of The Feliciano School of Business, where he teaches the CRM practicum course.  In addition to teaching, he has been a career consultant, working for such organizations as Coopers & Lybrand, PWC, IBM, and World Wide Technology. He also has been a freelance consultant for 20 years.  He has worked in the manufacturing, financial services, public sector, healthcare, higher education, and technology industries, mainly in the New York Metro area, as a project manager, business analyst, subject matter expert, solutions architect, or engagement manager. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati, an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business, a partial JD from New York Law School, and 18 professional certifications in Salesforce, Business Analysis, Project Management, and Enterprise Architecture. Dan started teaching in the Fall of 2023.
