Richard S. Reinschmidt is an adjunct professor of sociology with Montclair. He also teaches at County College of Morris and has taught at Kean University, Centenary University, Raritan Valley Community College, and Ocean County Community College. Richard worked in mental health for 12 years before moving into higher ed. His research goals focus on issues connected to social justice.
